Russell is a seasoned professional in the world of learning and development, having worked in senior training roles with companies such as AXA, Azadea and DHL. Disappointed and a little bit bored with most of what was on offer from external training providers, Russell was faced with a choice; accept mediocrity or do something about it. In 2012 he did just that and started a small company that would evolve into Ignite. Russell is a whirlwind of energy, optimism and new ideas. When he’s not trying desperately to recapture his youth by chasing a ball around a football pitch, getting filthy on a mountain bike or building Lego with his two sons, he is the driving force behind Ignite.
