Course Overview

Coaching is one of the most effective tools a manager can have to develop, engage and motivate members of their team. The vast majority of managers who lead teams of people are not good at coaching because it is a skill and on that takes time to get good at. Learning about coaching in a classroom and then delivering session in real life to real people who have their own real opinions and points of view are two starkly contrasting experiences.

Most coaching programmes put people in a room for two days and teach them some models and do a bit of practice in the room, our approach is very different. We focus on not just building knowledge but the two key aspects any skill requires, competence and confidence.
