Course Overview

Most work-related stress is caused by having too much to do in too little time. Yet research indicates that most people work effectively for, amazingly, less than 25% of their working day! Time management is a discipline that, once learned, can quickly establish itself as a preferred way of working, reducing stress and illness while helping maximise productivity.

Whatever the needs of your team, this course can focus on anything from goal setting to spotting common time wasters, using various time management tools, developing assertiveness and the ability to say “NO!”, delegating, developing strategies to overcome procrastination and understanding the advantages of working in line with your energy cycle.
