Course Overview

‘The Appraisal’ is a phrase that strikes fear into many employees and managers alike! In many cases this is because the appraisal process is not understood or delivered correctly. It is a performance review which as it suggests is looking back at the person’s performance over the last year and as such there should be no surprises. Once the entire performance management cycle is properly understood the appraisal just becomes a discussion to agree performance ratings.
